Native Instruments today announced TRAKTOR KONTROL Z2, the world's first 2+2 control mixer combining the industry's leading DJ controller design with a high-quality soundcard and a host of new features, all housed inside an aircraft-grade aluminum chassis.

New creative features inside the acclaimed TRAKTOR PRO software expand creative possibilities while premium-quality Innofaders assure rock-solid dependability when DJing, making KONTROL Z2 the first professional club mixer from Native Instruments.

Packed with 130 drum kit pieces and more than 50 prebuilt drum kits, this latest offering from Vir2 delivers one of the most complete collections of acoustic drum kits ever delivered in one Kontakt-powered plugin.

The main interface allows you to easily click-and-choose any kit piece, and thanks to the fast optimized load time, it's possible to audition any drum or cymbal on the fly and build new custom kits within seconds.

Delivered as always in 24 bit wav goodness and mastered to musical perfection these vinyl house drum samples fit so many current house trends that it doesn't matter whether you're a tech house producer, deep house artist, minimal techno master or even a straight up house freak.

There's a plethora of drum sample folders in this drum kit including kicks, claps, crashes, percussion, snares, slaps, short & long hi hats, but it doesn't stop there, it's also supplying one shots including vinyl hits, vocal snippets, basses, instrument stabs, plus noises and fx to boot.

The Q4 is a line level device designed to interface with balanced pro audio recording systems.

It features four EQ bands with fixed low and high frequency shelving at 100Hz and 10kHz, plus two semi-parametric mid bands that span between 300Hz ~ 2.4kHz and 1kHz ~ 12kHz respectively. Each mid band is also equipped with choice of wide or narrow Q to open up the sweet spot or tighten it for surgical precision. All frequencies are set with up to 12dB of boost or cut. The EQ may be bypassed to compare the pre and post effect.
