Oct 22 - 03:52 PM, by d-cipher Music Hardware > Eowave
Music Hardware : EOWAVE MAGMA available now - pcmusicAfter 2 years of development, Eowave announces the release of the MAGMA, Eowave's new analogue bassline synthesizer with sequencer and memory.

The MAGMA makes you go back into the 80's sounds with sonorities like Eurythmics, Nitzer Ebb, Depeche Mode...
The sound engine is inspired from the SH series by Roland, which had this waveform mix and a sequencer. Though, the idea of the MAGMA was not to make a copy of a vintage synth, but to build a new synth with the best of today's analogue and digital technology. We wanted to build a synth with a very specific texture of sound, sounds like the magma, something warm, thick and fat. We've added modern controls and a memory with 256 presets. Presets can be edited with a free editor. USB connection offers MIDI over USB and firmware update of the sequencer.
