KV331 Audio has announced the release of Rob Lee EDM Expansion Pack 2, a new soundset for their SynthMaster 2.5 software synthesizer geared towards electronic dance music production.

The expansion pack contains 100 new high quality presets designed by Rob Lee, in the following categories:

- 8 Arps
- 14 Basses
- 8 Chords
- 13 Drums
- 4 Keys
- 20 Leads
- 22 Pads
- 3 Sequences
- 8 Synths.

The expansion pack is compatible with SynthMaster v2.5.4.132 and above.

Brainworx Launches bx_rockrack, a new Guitar Amp Plug In.

Unlike most other guitar amp plug-ins, bx_rockrack can be controlled just like a real amp and small effects rack; moreover, with so many perfect-sounding set-ups to choose from, its recording chains need not be edited or altered, simply select the cabinet, microphone, studio, and... keep on rockin' in the real world! A nice-sounding vintage delay, noise gate, and high-quality guitar tuner are also at hand, helpfully, while some innovative Brainworx filters speedily shape amp set-ups with ease.

Digitags today introduces iDrumming 1.0 - pro drums set, their free music app for iOS that offers a high quality, low cost, customizable drum set.

With 8 square pads on iPhone and iPod touch, and 12 pads on iPad, the app includes 6 categories of percussion samples. The app features very low latency, changeable pitch and volume for each sample, 16-bit sampling, multitouch capability, and 2 different stop modes.
