Celemony Software is presenting a new music restoration program at the AES in London. Capstan removes wow and flutter from musical material of all kinds and commends itself therefore to professional restoration and mastering studios.

Capstan runs as a stand-alone application under Windows and Mac OS, supports all common two-track formats and will commence shipping in mid June 2011.

IK Multimedia has released AmpliTube 2.2, an update of its flagship iOS app, AmpliTube, the mobile guitar rig and recording studio for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The free update adds the five vocal effects of IK's acclaimed VocaLive app which are now available for in-app purchase just like the popular gear models from AmpliTube Fender .

Virsyn announces the release of FDELAY 1.1.
The multi-band delay machine FDELAY is an exciting tool for sound design and loop manipulation in realtime. In contrast to the delay machines you're used to FDELAY splits the frequency spectrum of the input signal into 27 bands and applies a separate delay unit to each band. The delay times can be synchronized to the host tempo generating nearly infinite rhythmical and sonic variations of the input signal.

New Features in version 1.1:

- VST3 / VST2.4: 64-bit version for Windows 7 and Windows Vista.
- Redesigned user interface.
- VST3: AI Knob Interface integrated.

Loupe 1.5 for Reaktor, now with bidirectional OSC mappings for TouchOSC.
Each of the sliders gets updated from Reaktor when you trigger a new slice. This lets you see the loop area, filter settings, envelope settings, etc. of each slice and adjust them. Copy and paste buttons let you copy slice parameters to a different key - handy if you want the same thing on a different key except for panning, or reverse playback.

Changes include:

- Added copy / paste slice (fixed since beta)
- Added duplex OSC mappings for TouchOSC
- Added two page OSC iPad template
- Fixed release envelopes cutting off prematurely
