Virtual Instrument : Quantum Leap Ministry Of Rock 2 - pcmusicMinistry Of Rock 2 was put together with one goal in mind: to create a virtual (software) instrument capable of producing sounds that could actually produce a hit record or film score without any live drum, bass, or guitar overdubs. The articulations and programming were all reverse engineered from actual performances. The 57 gigabyte collection features LIVE technology that enables multi-sampled drums to sound like a live performance.

Produced by Nick Phoenix and recorded at the Legendary EASTWEST Studios.

Jan 31 - 06:09 PM, by d-cipher Virtual Instrument > Cinematique Instruments
Virtual Instrument : Cinematic Instruments launches Guitar Harmonics - pcmusic'Guitar Harmonics' consists of an assortment of electric and acoustic guitars and basses. We spent a lot of time finding the perfect setup to achieve a warm and realsitic sound. In the end we decided to record the guitars tuned in open E with 3 Round Robin variation and particulary several velocity layers – sufficient for our purposes. Besides, each instrument provides a lot of useful scripting tools such as note length control (release and attack), EQ switch, amp simulation, distortion and reverb amount. Summing up these tools enable each instrument to produce a wide spread of sounds such as organic reverse guitars, fragile string notes or warm e-piano tones.

Jan 31 - 09:02 AM, by d-cipher Virtual Instrument > Plughugger
Virtual Instrument : MOOG EL3CTRO Presets For The Arturia Minimoog V - pcmusicMOOG EL3CTRO is the Plughugger take on the Arturia Minimoog, which means we follow our tradition of focusing on electronic bass sounds. But MOOG EL3CTRO is far from an orgy in bass. There are also sequences, arpeggios, leads and pads. The soundset is constructed around 64 presets and one of the primary goal during the design was to create sounds that didn't replicate the classic Moog sound, but to push the sound of the Moog in other directions.

A good example of this is with the sequences that make full use of the unique motion modulator, in which we squeezed and filtered the sounds until they were coated in an inspiring electro-vibe pimped-up fur. The sequences and arpeggios are designed to work as inspirational starters - or the spice you add when you need that little extra.
Size: 64 Presets
Price: €5.90
