PSP McQ captures the sonic character and functionality of various classic console equalizers such as the versatile MCI console EQs. However, while PSP McQ was inspired by these analog classics, several modern features were added such as adjustable high pass and low pass filters, steepness (resonance) control for the shelving filters, optional bell filters for the low and high bands, and three nominal Q values for the midrange filters.

PSP ClassicQex is extended version of the PSP ClassicQ. All features of the previous version are available, and a new Low Mid section is added.

Detunized.com has released "DTS010 - Four Organs For Music". This new Ableton Live Pack features 4 transistor organs from the early seventies :

• Vermona ET-3 (1974)
• Vermona ET-6 (1973)
• Universum Duo (1975)
• Philicorda GM-761 (1972)

Each single register of each organ was precisely mirrored into the Ableton Live cosmos. The Live Pack contains the full feature organ devices plus the single registers. So new combinations across all four organs can be created. The GM-761 spring reverb is also included. An extra manual explaining the use of the registers and some fine audiosamples produced by the philippine composer Mark A. Galang can be found on the website.

NuSofting has announced the release of an AU version of Strings Dream Synthesizer.

Strings Dream Synthesizer is able to reproduce the infinite array of rich, analogue pads from the most famous strings machines in synthesizer history - emulating the classic Eminent Solina as well as its sister keyboards from Elka, Crumar and even their Japanese cousins.

Strings Dream Synthesizer is available for Mac (AU/VST) and PC (VST). The good news is that its price has been reduced permanently to $45 (formerly $89).

On top of the AU versions of their products, McDSP will present a new plug-in called the 6030 Ultimate Compressor at the upcoming Winter NAMM Show. Here's what they say about it :

Togu Audio Line has released a beta version of TAL-DUB-III, a new delay plug-in.

TAL-DUB-III is not a tape delay emulation - it has its own sound. It has an alias-free saturation stage, a non-linear 6dB low-pass and a 3dB high-pass filter that are included in the feedback path of the device. An input drive knob allows to adjust the saturation level. Pop-up menus show the current values of volume, delay-time and feedback knobs. A tab button allows to adjust the delay time for live sessions.

Features :

• Delay time up to 4 seconds.
• Non linear 6dB Low-Pass filter.
• 3dB High Pass filter.
• Alias free saturation, adjustable with the input drive knob.
• Delay x2 for each channel.
