Spongefork is a software instrument capable of responding to gestural control while requiring a minimum of hardware components. Because it's designed for live performance, all sounds are triggered from either the mouse or keyboard requiring no other gear. It's built around dual wave table oscillators (based on pitchfork's oscillators by tom erbe) controlled by mouse dragging in a pitch window allowing you to manipulate waveforms, use frequency modulation, and trigger samples simultaneously.
