rca 77b1 ribbon microphone dazzling chrome examples like this one are few and far between. it’s a unidirectional mic that uses a single ribbon clamped at the center. half the ribbon is acting as a velocity mic and the other half as a pressure. it’s similar in design to the monster 77a, but much smaller. this one has a brand new ribbon and it sounds awesome and looks awesome too. the chrome is bright and shiny with no corrosion or pitting. there are no dents or dings on the grill. the silk and the cable are also new so you won’t need to do anything to this mic. the ½ inch to 5/8 27 adaptor to use it on a modern stand is also included so this beauty is ready to use or display. email me for pictures at: gc.shoman@rocketmail.com
